Day 30 - Amsterdam

Arrived back in Amsterdam at 7.00am Sunday morning 25 June 2017 and transferred to the airport for the long and tedious trip home.   Flight out of Amsterdam was late departing and did not pick up any time across to Dubai.  Arrived in Dubai with 20 minutes to catch our Qantas flight home but were stopped from boarding as the gate had closed a few minutes earlier.  Were given taxi vouchers, accommodation vouchers and breakfast vouchers at 1.30am to sleep until 6.30 am and catch the next flight from Dubai to Melbourne at 9.30 am.  Two nights with 2 hours sleep each night left us reasonable weary when we arrived at Tullamarine.
Home now to start preparing for the next adventure to the USA, another 5 weeks of fun and laughter, a chance to catch up with Lorraine and Mark and the possibility of seeing Elvis!!!
